Forging ahead
A nice warm weekend to make progress inside
On Saturday and Sunday I worked to install the insulation in the roof. It was a far more difficult, time consuming and tiring job than I anticipated. I lost count of the times I went up and down the ladder, in and out of the shed and cut the 2” styrofoam insulation to fit. I think I sweated more in two days than I had in a long time. Always stay hydrated on days like that!
A friend arrives
Many thanks to Laurie Singelyn who arrived on Saturday to help hold up the insulation while I secured it in. She called it #habitatforbeth! She also treated me to dinner which was much appreciated.
