Delay due to backache and then rain

Yesterday I received a call from the guy putting in the floor joists. His back was out and he couldn’t make it. That’s ok, it just meant that the builders had to put in the insulation instead. Saved me some labor!

This morning the builders showed up and it was sprinkling. Well, that turned into a heavier rain. They sat in the driveway for an hour plus before they could start the job. The rain finally let up and they were off to the races!
